POPIA-Compliant Data Management
South African schools have specific obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act. MontessoriCore handles this quietly and thoroughly. All child and family data is stored securely. Access is role-based: Guides see their own classrooms, campus managers see their sites, and directors see across the organisation. Consent management for photos and communication preferences is built directly into the Parent Portal.
